About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Landscape Architect / Project Manager I assists in the planning, design, and management of landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration — working closely with senior staff while progressively taking on greater project responsibility.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist in the design and management of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
Prepare landscape plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, details, specifications, renderings, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies.
Participate in site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities.
Assist with permitting and entitlement processes.
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and consultant coordination.
Apply company and industry standards in preparing design documents.
Collaborate with team members to deliver creative, high-quality design solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
1–5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, design, project coordination, or project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
BONUS POINTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, resort, or mixed-use projects.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Experience with Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, or other visualization software.
Knowledge of permitting processes and construction administration.
Florida Landscape Architect license or progress toward licensure.
Knowledge of Florida Plants and Planting Techniques
Additional desired qualifications: Registered Landscape Architect
Relocation to the Naples, Florida area is required prior to employment.
