Pat specializes in high-end residential design, with additional expertise in luxury club and resort-style projects, as well as select site planning work. He has a particular passion for hardscape design on smaller properties and thrives in tropical climates. Pat also enjoys the creative challenges of running a design firm and is especially inspired by the unique character of Florida’s West Coast.
About Pat
Pat is a native Floridian who grew up in the Tampa Bay Area. Graduated from University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture and started work in Naples in 1989. He worked for several years at a prominent and well known design-build firm and moved on to project manager position at another local firm. Pat founded OPI in May of 2000 with the desire to provide clients creative design solutions while also focusing on doing business in a casual but reliable manner.
