Caribbean Oil Nut Bay

Set within the ultra-exclusive enclave of Oil Nut Bay, this project reflects a refined approach to Caribbean landscape architecture where design is guided as much by the land as it is by the lifestyle it supports.
Perched above the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the property is thoughtfully integrated into the island’s natural topography, embracing sweeping ocean views, constant trade winds, and the quiet privacy that defines luxury living in the British Virgin Islands. Residences at Oil Nut Bay are intentionally positioned to feel both secluded and connected to their surroundings, creating a balance between architecture and untouched landscape.
Our design approach responded to this context, crafting outdoor spaces that feel effortless, yet highly intentional. Every element was considered through the lens of Caribbean living: open-air transitions, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and materials selected to withstand coastal conditions while maintaining a soft, natural aesthetic.
The landscape experience was designed to unfold gradually framing long horizon views, creating moments of arrival and pause, and allowing the surrounding environment to remain the focal point. Rather than competing with the landscape, the design enhances it, reinforcing a sense of place that is uniquely Caribbean.
At its core, this project is about more than design, it’s about creating a private retreat that captures the essence of island living. A place where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle exist in complete alignment.
